I'm still sick! What really sucks is that tomorrow night is my first concert with Stockton Chorale--and I might not be able to sing in it! At the moment, my voice has gone from its usual treble to a husky alto mixed with smoker's cough...and you all know I've never smoked in my life. Gah!
I went back to work today (I had to take two freakin' sick days in a row--unheard of!) and told my kids that I'm cranky when I'm sick. The decided to test my theory, and also to tell me that I'm not evil. So I held them after class. : )
Hey, don't go telling me I'm a nice teacher!
