Perspective

I've been meaning to blog this for a while, but you know how it goes:

1. Stick the drawings in work bag to take home and scan.
2. Leave drawings in work bag for months on end, always forgetting to get to them.

But this makes for a funny blog, so I am finally getting around to posting it.

In December, I attempted to teach my 7th and 8th grade charges a little bit about perspective drawing. I figured, "What could be easier? All they have to do is draw a sunset at the beach, the road that goes on forever to the horizon, or a tunnel. I drew some examples on the board, then set them loose to give it a whirl for themselves. Here's how 6B did:

Brian got it.

Joey got it.

Oscar got it.

Marco, however, needs some help with the assignment.
