Yesterday, I left the house at 6:00 in the morning to get to Concord in time for an all-day training. This summer, I'll be teaching English to groups of exchange students from France, Austria and China, and I'm so excited!
The training was actually quite fun; I met my fellow teachers for the Roseville group, and the company seems really great and fun to work for. It will be great to get some experience teaching English instead of music, and I've got lots of ideas for using music to help my kids.
Anyway, I got a few pictures on Instagram, as I took the long way home after the training. I drove through Antioch, where I lived from 2006-2008, and up Highway 160, along the Sacramento River, stopping for a few pictures here and there.

The hotel where our training was held was right next to Concord's small airport. I saw this and HAD to get the sign pic. |

We had to assign superlatives to ourselves in groups. This was a no-brainer. |

They even gave us jelly beans! |
