That is a Royal Mail collection box in England. I used to walk by it every time I went to work, the grocery store, the train station, etc. Often when I had letters to send back to the States, they went out in that box. : )

Ahhh... now I can see the whole thing! Last time I was by it was just a little strip of the pic of the top of the frame.
Now that's a great memory!
I thought the old bricks, the flowers, the green, and the bright red box made a pretty picture.
