I just set up a profile at The Daily Mile. I'm going to start logging my running. Maybe it will motivate me to get better...at the very least, it's an opportunity to find other runners in this area.
Day 2 passed well, with another bout of 2 impressively healthy meals to one semi-indulgence (on account of it's vacation, after all!). It was raining so I tromped up and down the steps for 12 min. (With apologies to my neighbors who share that wall!) Took more out of me than the 20 min walk yesterday! But at least it's something! Baby steps!
I'm so glad I'm motivating to people. You're the 2nd person today to tell me this. It really has taken over my life, but I am not complaining. I feel really good.
