I've fallen off the workout wagon.
I admit it. Since September, when I had my last session with C., I have not been very good about keeping up with my regular workouts. I've allowed stress to interfere, and I'm tired of making excuses. So today, I bought five half-sessions with a trainer--on sale! I start tomorrow. This is a good thing, because I expect tomorrow to be a wee bit stressful.
So...go me!

You are so right about the link between stress and lack of exercise. When I skip my training I feel so depressed and down. I hope your Festive Season will be lovely, nonetheless.
