I hate my neck.
I have hated my neck since I was a small girl. It has always been short and thick. Models on America's Next Top Model are admonished to never hide their necks--well, Tyra would want to put rings on mine, I'm sure of it.
Every necklace I buy, I have to try it on to make sure it will fit. Chokers were popular in high school--and never an option for me. I own necklace extenders to make them more comfortable in length.
I may love my smile, but that short neck, dwarfed by collars, not a friend to turtleneck shirts, is the bane of my existence.
