Better Late Than Never

A few pics from the Veteran's Day concert I attended in Mom and Dad's neighborhood. A community band from Roseville played, and the Sun City Singers sang. It was a lovely ceremony/concert, and I was very proud of the president of the Veteran's Affairs group. : )





My favorite part was when the band and singers performed a medley of all of the service songs. The veterans all stood for their songs, and everyone clapped. Mom and I clapped extra hard during "Wild Blue Yonder," when Dad stepped out of the doorway he was standing in and acknowledged his 21 years of service in the Air Force.
