P.S.

I have a few scheduled blogs that will be posting themselves this week. When stressed, I tend to become a little obsessive, and last night, it seemed that writing/blogging was what I needed to calm down.

So if you're scratching your head at my suddenly cheerful blogs posted between my worry about Millie and research on pancreatitis, that's why. I'm trying to maintain some normal.

Hang in there. At least you got her in early, have a diagnosis and she's being treated. Seems like you have a very, very good vet - everything I've googled about this disease seems to indicate that it's hard to diagnose, so kudos to the vet for figuring it out so quickly. Not that I wouldn't be totally freaking out if it were Sweetie, but Millie's got a lot going for her.

That's what I keep thinking--and I am so very grateful that the vet figured it out. The same thing happened in Antioch, and it was "just a bug."

I am choosing HOPE and OPTIMISM. They're hard to keep up, but I'm rallying!
