I was really, really, really bad last week. Not one workout. I came home and sat on my bed a lot, breathing through my mouth (nose was blocked) and feeling sorry for myself.
This week, my nasal byways are much clearer, and I have forced myself back to the gym. Today I tried a new strength/tone workout from Glamour magazine...and, boy, am I sore.
I also did a 10-minute warmup on the rowing machine and 33 minutes on the elliptical. So I'm feeling quite pleased with myself. Now I think I'll go read for a bit and try not to move my arms or legs.
