My Week in Instagram (Week #47)

It wasn't a busy week, but it was a busy week. Well, I find myself wanting to nap on a Saturday afternoon, anyway.

Sunday:

On Sunday, I ran the Urban Cow 5K in Sacramento.

It was in gorgeous Land Park, near where I worked last year
at Petite School.

The half marathon started first.

Tired, sweaty, red, and FINISHED. I finished in about 34
minutes, felling like I might throw up. A decent race. Still
chasing that sub-30.

Some of the gorgeous homes in Land Park...I had quite a
walk back to my car.

Monday:

Angry Birds Space bandage. The burn site is almost
completely healed, but the new skin gets very dry, so I keep
Aquaphor on it.

Tuesday:

Winter/holiday music? Must be October in Choir Teacher
Land.

Several bottles of water on your desk? You might be a
choir teacher.

I went to Krispy Kreme (didn't buy) to get info on
fundraising. We'll be selling these at Bonfire Night this
coming week.

Looking much better! At least there's no blob.

Wednesday:

Dad found one of those "As Seen on TV" cat toys at
Walgreen's. It's a hit with Millie. Duchess is confused by
it. Bella is terrified of it.

This just struck me as funny.

Yep. Halloween music and winter music. Must be October.

Found Millie lounging in my gym bag. Is she trying to tell
me something? I don't need to hear it. Wednesday was
Kettlebell Day.

Thursday:

I got "booed" at work. Candy and decorations for Halloween,
and instructions to pay it forward to two more people.
I love this school!

Went out to watch the marching band do their thing.

I don't really need red boots, except that I really do need
red boots, because LOOK AT THEM.

Friday:

My PEST at school (anonymous family) gave me 49er
Duck tape (Duck is the brand name), just 'cause. : )

Two hours before I took this picture, there was a small
mountain of choral scores. About 7-8 students helped me
organize it, file it, and put it in the library spreadsheet. They
are AWESOME.

Saturday:

Bacon, avocado, tomato. On bread. Nothing else. So yum.

Chomp.
