California Dreamin': San Francisco Style

Yesterday I spent some time going through my picture and document folders on my computer--it's a good idea to clean things out once in a while, so I deleted blurry and other not-so-good pictures, old documents that I won't need anymore, stuff like that.

While I was doing this, I realized that I have a metric ton of pictures of San Francisco--not surprising, as I go there a lot--but especially of the buildings. One of my favorite things about San Francisco is the diversity of the architecture. I don't know a lot about the different styles, but I do know that the city by the bay has examples of many of them.

The pics I've posted are from a bunch of different trips--it seems every time I go, I discover some new treasure. A cool building, or some little detail that makes it special. I'll never see everything San Francisco has to offer, but I'll enjoy trying!

I particularly love the tiered windows--it makes no sense but looks so cool.

Can't forget the behemoth Bay Bridge.

The Haight--'nuff said.

City Hall--pardon the bar--I was on an open-top double-decker bus.
