A gorgeous sunset, taken in the parking lot of my apartment complex.
I love it when they do this. It never lasts very long.
Falling for Fall. : )
One of my Halloween decorations, found at Target a while back (it's been taken down now that Halloween is over).
Homemade scones--I used whole wheat flower, organic sugar, milk instead of heavy cream, and dried cranberries. Yummy!
Now that Halloween is over, I have Fall/Thanksgiving stuff up...and a cat who likes to sleep on the TV of late, blocking my view with her tail.
Kindness matters. : )
Mom bought me the little wagon and acorn. Thanks, Mom! So cute!
One of the few Beanie Babies I have left.
Mom and I went to a quilt show this last Saturday. I loved this whimsical quilt.
Mom knows the lady who made this beauty--and Mom is currently doing the same pattern, using bright, beautiful Mary Engelbreit fabrics. It's going to be spectacular.
Each flower is different.
Mom's good friend Barbara did this one--it's even more splendid in person--those fans must have taken forever!
Before the quilt show, we'd gone to a small craft faire--Mom bought me this wonderful, awesome, gorgeous pin. I plan to wear it with everything.
Mom's craft faire is this coming weekend. There is a bake sale that raises money for charity, and I plan to bake, bake, bake this week, between Chorale rehearsals and concerts. I bought a new hand mixer for the occasion (hey, they were $15 at Target and I've been wanting one for ages).
