Annoying

Gah! I'm having problems getting my Internet to run as I want it to. I've lost count of how many times I've reset my Yahoo toolbar to look as I had it before. It won't change. I've gone into Internet Options more than 5 times to change it so that when I open up the browser, I just get my home page, not my homepage in one tab and email in another. I don't like tabs. They bother me.

It won't stick! Nothing I change sticks! GAH!

To top it all off, as I typed an email to Heather this morning, every time I pressed a key, my computer beeped at me and a message appeared at the bottom letting me know that it was searching for a link beginning with whatever letter I'd just typed. Nothing I did would stop it.

Fortunately, it's not doing that in blogger--yet.

So that's it. I'm sick of computer issues and I'm taking a break. This machine will still be here later. I'm going to sit on my butt on the couch with a book I started last night, a bagel and some hot chocolate. I can hear the rain falling out there, and I want to snuggle in with two kitties and enjoy it.
