This is my favorite running quote--it is attributed to Dr. George Sheehan. A friend posted it on Facebook a while back and I liked it so much, I typed it up, printed it out, and to this day, it is taped to the little cabinet on my computer hutch. I can glance to my right as I type this and see it.
